The Aspen Trails Ranch Subdivision of Helena

This lovely new subdivision will create 325 lots which will provide 435 units consisting of single-family homes and multi-family units which will be annexed to the City of Helena.  There will also be commercial development for business services for the residents of Aspen Trails.

Aspen Trails Ranch will be developed in two distinct phases.  The first phase will consist of creating infrastructure to the entire community and a small amount of buildings on lots, phase two consists of completion buildings on all other lots.

The subdivision will be accessed by  the creation of Simmental Drive, a new road that will run down the center of the sub-division.  There will also be an alternative access on existing Olsen Road.  There will also  be a paved bike path and a bus stop.

There will also be sewer, community water, fire protection and storm water drainage.  Almost 25% of the total land of the Aspen Trail subdivision will be dedicated wildlife and wetland preserves. Residents will enjoy bird watching, hiking  and recreational opportunities.
