Single Family Homes Available

Overlook Point is a new, luxury community in Helena Montana.  The development is modeled after the historic downtown district of Helena as well as the Mansion district.  In order to achieve this look, the community offers five unique plans for single family homes.

Alder: Open floor plan with a master bedroom, living room, large kitchen, dining area, laundry and a guest bathroom on the main floor.  The second floor holds three additional bedrooms and a media room.  Home also has a detached garage.

Birch: A larger plan than the Alder with 3160 square feet of living space. The Birch model has 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, laundry and powder room and a two-car detached garage.

Cedar: Three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, two bathrooms and a den.  Two car detached garage.

Douglas: The largest of the plans at 2,680 square feet. Three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining area, family room, laundry area, and garage with optional bonus room above the garage.

Elm: One level floor plan with three bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining, living room, and sitting area.  A two car attached garage with covered front porch is also included in the plans.
