Heron Creek is a 130 acre residential subdivision located in the beautiful Helena valley. The subdivision will boast 109 homes and units on larger than normal lots, tranquil ponds,treams and open space for wildlife. The open spaces will serve as wildlife corridors keeping animals away from roads and highways and the many ponds will insure habitat for birds and aquatic life.
Heron Creek strives to find a balance between community and the surrounding wilderness. The community will also offer biking and walking paths meandering through the 35 acres of park land that runs around the development’s perimeter.
Heron Creek is being developed by Sussex construction who also developed Sussex Park at the base of Mount Helena.
