This non-profit organization was created to develop, implement and maintain cultural, social, and economic program for families, seniors and youths. The organization also offers physical and behavioral health services for the native American Indians of the Helena area. The Helena Indian Alliance is one of 35 federally recognized accredited programs for the Indian peoples of this country. This organization also operates the Leo Pacha Memorial Clinic, an urban Indian Health Service. The HIA also offers a Diabetes Program, a tobacco Prevention program and many many other services.
