A new subdivision coming to Helena

The new Aspen Trails Ranch will create 435 single-family and multi-family homes. There will also be 4,25 acres for commercial use that will serve the residents of Aspen Trails Ranch.  The subdivision will be developed in three phases.  Phase 1 and 2 will be begin construction in June of 2008.

The total subdivision encompasses over 265 acres.  Lot sizes vary from one quarter up to two acres in size.  All lots will have an average of 100feet in width.

The subdivision will have asphalt streets, sidewalks, parking, sanitary sewers, community water, fire protection and storm and water drainage.  Nearly 23% of the subdivision will be dedicated wildlife and wetland preserve.  Residents will be able to enjoy bird watching, hiking and the recreational area Aspen Trails Park.

Lots located in Phase I and Phase II are already on sale now.
