The Helena Outdoor Club Schedule

The Helena Outdoor Club has many wonderful upcoming outdoor winter events planned.

Here is the schedule:
Every Tuesday night they offer walks from Carroll College, explore the trails around this area.

 January 5 -visit the ghost town of Comet and snowshoe up the forest roads behind Comet.

 January 11-Enjoy the sights and sounds of ice or a brisk winter hike around the Helena Regulating Reservoir or Black Sandy Area.

January 13-Ski, snowshoe or hike Grassy Mountain, north of Townsend.

January 19-21-Explore Elk hot Springs and sight see at Bannack Ghost Town.

January 25-Ski at MacDonald Pass.

January 26-Ski at Queen Gulch. Starts at Elkhorn Ghost Town and take a soak after at Boulder Hot Springs.

February 2-Winter Survival Program

February 16-18-Marias Pass/Glacier Park Ski
