A wonderful retreat for seniors.

East Park Villa is a beautiful, elegant 38 unit apartment located in Helena Montana. Each building contains smaller groups of townhomes, so there are four townhomes sharing a front porch area.  By doing this the designer has created a wonderful feeling of community.  The  shared  porch is a perfect place to meet and share a few moments of conversation or just to say hi. Each unit does have its own private balcony as well for when you would like to relax and enjoy the view away from your neighbors.

The buildings are built around a central corridor so that residents are protected from winter winds and summer rains  as they come and go.  Each corridor leads to community areas where residents can converge.
