Aspen Trails Ranch

The Aspen Trails Ranch is a wonderful 266 acre subdivision in Helena Montana that is going to create 435 dwellings which will be made up of single family and multi-family units. Lots are priced between $70,000 and $125,000 and average between a quarter and a half acre in size. There will also be commercial opportunities in the subdivision as well.  Access to the Aspen Trails Ranch is from Simmental Drive which runs down the middle of the subdivision. An alternate access is Olsen Road which is paved and will have a bike path as well as bus stops. These roads will  be landscaped, with sidewalks and parking lanes. The infrastructure will include sewer systems, fire protection, and storm and water drainage control.  Almost 25% of the total land will be designated as open space and park lands as well as a recreation area and wildlife an wetlands preserve. Groundbreaking for this project is May 2008.
