This is the 34th season of a grand tradition in the Capital City of Montana. The Helena Farmers Market is again delighting residents and visitors alike every Saturday during the summer season. The market usually begins early in the morning and goes til mid afternoon. Shoppers can find home-grown produce, just-cut flowers, locally made arts and crafts, jams, fresh eggs and much much more, all at reasonable prices and of the highest quality. On Saturdays Fuller Street, where the Farmers’ Market is held is closed off to all traffic and becomes an paradise for those strolling and shopping. After you have made your purchases enjoy the Women’s Park and the historic view of the nearby Civic Center. The Women’s Park not only hosts the Farmers Market but many other fun summer events as well, such as, the Mount Helena Music Festival, Race for the Cure and weekly theatre performances. The Women’s Park is located near the center of Helena and is within walking distance of many activities, cafes and small boutiques.
